These scissors were made specifically for pruning bonsai buds.
By finishing the blades at a sharper angle than conventional scissors, the cutting edges are extremely thin, making them ideal for delicate pruning.
However, because they are more delicate than regular scissors, they are not suitable for pruning branches. When pruning branches, always start with thin branches or soft parts.
The loops on the handles of the scissors have also been designed to be larger than conventional scissors. Compared to conventional models, they are now large enough to fit three fingers.
We received feedback from professional bonsai artists that they wanted scissors that could fit three fingers, as two fingers was too cramped, and we have made the loops larger to reflect this.
